Where do you ship your products from?
All of our products, like IPhone and Tesla, are made in China and will also be shipped to you in China at the first time.
When will I receive my package?

We ship as soon as possible within 1-2 business days, depending on the carrier chosen.

Within the United States
Super Express: 3-7 business days

Standard Express: 5-10 business days

Economy Express: 10-20 business days

The rest of the world need 5-20 working days, specific details can consult customer service.

Note: Packages containing liquids can only be shipped by Standard Express.

For standard express delivery, it takes about 5 business days in the western US (e.g. California) and 8 business days in the eastern US, with delays of a few days in remote areas.

How can I return my product?

It must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the original shipment date. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A return shipping label can be provided, but shipping costs will be deducted from the return.

Returned items will be thoroughly inspected prior to refund and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
